Ame no Tatsurou

This has been sittin' around gettin' worked on bit by bit.
Tatsurou's lines took the longest to do. I kept getting frustrated with them, especially those damn luscious lips of his.

Then the rain was a bitch. Also finding the kanji for the song. For the longest time I just had it up there kinda blah then I decided to make it come down like it should (rain).

Color scheme was annoying. At first everything was contrasting black and white and then I experimented with red, green, yellow, orange and finally landed on these two. Shading was a "last minute" idea. Actually it was the final touch. This was gonna go up without that shading but I changed my mind and did it. I guess it came out good.
I'm not super pleased with this, but I may do more to it.

Ref was used...can't remember the magazine it was from, but there was a picture with a hood up.
